聚酯是由多元醇和多元酸縮聚得到的聚合物的總稱,主要指聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,還包括聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚芳酯等線型熱塑性樹脂。是一類性能優良、用途廣泛的工程塑料。在生產聚酯的過程中,會用到反應釜,必然也少不了液位計來測(ce)量(liang)控制液位,保證正(zheng)常生產。
聚酯(zhi)生(sheng)產廠(chang)(chang)產量(liang)高,所用反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)內的(de)工(gong)況條件(jian)惡劣,生(sheng)產過(guo)程要求對產品關鍵反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)內的(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)測量(liang)非(fei)常準確(que)。該廠(chang)(chang)最開始在(zai)工(gong)作人(ren)員的(de)建議(yi)下,選擇(ze)了浮(fu)子(zi)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)測量(liang)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),但是(shi)在(zai)使(shi)用過(guo)程中(zhong)首(shou)先發(fa)現(xian)聚酯(zhi)生(sheng)產的(de)縮(suo)聚物和聚合物預(yu)縮(suo)合物粘度(du)高,易粘附,而且溫度(du)也很高高,使(shi)得(de)墊(dian)片容易老化,容易漏水,從而產生(sheng)虛假液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)、滿(man)罐等,嚴重(zhong)影響生(sheng)產。其次(ci)聚酯(zhi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)內熔體(ti)體(ti)積大(da),液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)升(sheng)高,需要液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)能夠真正反(fan)(fan)(fan)映液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),但是(shi)是(shi)浮(fu)子(zi)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)導致滿(man)罐浮(fu)子(zi)被(bei)卡住,只能停(ting)產拆下浮(fu)子(zi)進行檢修。并(bing)且這(zhe)種液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)維修周期長,故障率高,廢液(ye)(ye)排放量(liang)大(da),消(xiao)耗量(liang)大(da),生(sheng)產成本高。在(zai)這(zhe)種情況下,勢必要重(zhong)新選擇(ze)一種,測量(liang)精度(du)高易維護(hu)的(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)來監測聚酯(zhi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)。

首先考慮雷達液位計,它采用非接觸測量方法,無磨損,無污染,易安裝、維護也很簡單。天線尺寸小,便于安裝。幾乎不受腐蝕、輕微泡沫影響(xiang)。幾(ji)乎不受大氣中水(shui)蒸氣、溫(wen)度(du)和壓力變化影響(xiang)。不怕粘度(du)大的介質。針(zhen)對上述聚(ju)(ju)酯反應釜的特點,雷(lei)達液(ye)位(wei)計(ji)不但可(ke)以很好地測量聚(ju)(ju)酯反應釜,也(ye)可(ke)以從一定程度(du)上節省成本(ben)。
除了雷達液位計,射頻導納液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)可(ke)靠完成(cheng)測(ce)量。射(she)頻導(dao)納液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)式液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理類似,整個(ge)(ge)反應(ying)釜可(ke)以(yi)(yi)看成(cheng)是一個(ge)(ge)裝(zhuang)滿高導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)介(jie)(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)容(rong)(rong)器(qi),浸入(ru)介(jie)(jie)質中的(de)(de)(de)探頭(tou)和(he)(he)絕(jue)緣層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)外觀(guan)都是純電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)式或射(she)頻輸入(ru)變送器(qi)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao),并(bing)將其轉換為反映液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準信號。液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子元件與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)式液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)不同,增加了兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)很重要的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,沖(chong)擊緩沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路和(he)(he)斬波驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。這是因為基(ji)于對導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)特(te)性的(de)(de)(de)發現,由于傳感(gan)器(qi)位(wei)(wei)(wei)于液(ye)(ye)面之上,因此產生了電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),膠層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)特(te)性決(jue)定了添加以(yi)(yi)上兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)必要性。從(cong)射(she)頻導(dao)納液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量原(yuan)理可(ke)以(yi)(yi)看出,它不會像浮子液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)那樣容(rong)(rong)易粘附,造成(cheng)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)虛報,它的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠性高,安裝(zhuang)維(wei)護(hu)方便。
